Office specializing in Cardiology and Lifestyle Medicine in Orwigsburg seeking a part-time CMA.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assistant program or vocational certificate required
- Responsible for both clinical and administrative duties
- Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient clinic or urgent care setting
- Technical skills:
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
- Basic vital sign collection
- Point-of-care testing
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong patient communication, empathy, multitasking ability, and reliability required
