Dr. Maqbool was born and raised in Pakistan. She came to the United States in 1991 and proudly became a US citizen in 1996. She graduated from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Pakistan and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Penn State Children’s Hospital, Hershey Medical Center in 1994.
